No, the details of your last order of custom dress and your measurements will be saved in your profile. You can login and simply order using the same measurement profile. You can also make necessary changes in your saved measurement for your next order if you wish. We highly recommend when you change your measurements in your account also please drop us an email regarding your changes and preference. We check each and every email and communication on email will help us to know what you are looking for
If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Just email us with the subject line of Change Request To Order Number **** to 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
Yes, there is an Instruction section where you can give additional details. We will confirm within 24 hours in case it is not possible to process based on the additional specifications. You can also drop us an eamil with your additional specifications.
There is no size restriction, as these are made especially for you.
We make custom clothing for all sizes and shapes. We take online orders for customised garments for women and children. We make custom dresses for very tall women or custom desses for petite women, custom dresses for plus size women.

2. Shipping Questions
It generally takes around 2-3 weeks to dispatch your dress from the time you have placed the order. Once shipped it can take around 4-5 days to reach you. We will update you with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment online. Shipping may actually take less time than what is stated here, however if the order is on hold due to reconfirmation for measurements or fabric stock issue or for any other reason if there is a delay in shipment, our customer support team will be in continuous discussion with you and assist you if the order is urgent.

Fedex is our shipping partner worldwide. Shipping is based on the no of products you order. Shipping for 1 dress - USD 25, 2 dresses - USD 40, 3 dresses - USD 50, 4 dresses - USD 60 and so on
We will be emailing you updates on what's happening with your order and once it is shipped we will send you your FedEx tracking number via email and you can track your shipment right to your door.
For security reasons, Fed ex do not ship to P.O. boxes, kindly provide us with your residence or office address.

4. Return and Refund
You can request for a redo of the dress without any cost in the following situations -
The measurement and fit of the dress is not within the tolerable limits of the measurements in your profile
There is an error in our part in terms of order execution or shipment.
As these garments are custom made specifically for you we do not provide any refund. We have been making custom made dresses and clothing for long and have found that if you measure according to our instructions given the possibility of any error is minimal. You shall have seven calendar days to claim for any redo of the clothing. If the claim is not made by the client within 7 calendar days Meraki shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the client. Meraki shall within 45 days after the claim has been proven for product default remake a new pair absolutely free of basic cost.
We provide free alteration service for made-to-order items one time within allowed range. The round shipping will be on your own cost.
